Construction of a new ten story LEED Silver Professional Office Building which serve as office space for local clients, as well as, corporate offices for several plants along the ship channel. The building will institute the use of a roof wind turbine power generator, solar electrical panels and solar water heaters to reduce its carbon footprint.
