Deer Park City Hall
The new Deer Park City Hall Administration building is a $5.53 million facility, with over 25,000 square feet and two floors. With 50 employees, this building is now home to the offices of the city secretary, human resources, public works, permitting, central collections, utilities, administration, engineering, information technology, public works, and finance.
Lake Jackson Recreation Center
The City of Lake Jackson saw the need for a new recreation center for the community. This new 66,000 square foot construction has many facilities and activities for the community. Features include; two indoor basketball court's, a lap pool, a recreation pool with water slide, children’s pool with children’s water slide, racquet ball courts, a general use activity center, weight room and child care facilities.
